Return Terms

Our exchange policy lasts 10 days. No exchanges honored after 10 days. 

To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the tag on item. For swimwear, inner protective lining must be in tact and have not been removed. Swimwear must not have been used or in contact with water and no visible damage. 

Please e-mail us for exchange instructions at pacificstyleboutique@gmail.com before sending back your item.

Sets must be complete. We can not accept exchanges on bottom or top sizes separately.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend to have tracking in place to ensure proof of return or exchange. We are unable to refund any lost packages during the exchange process.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and apply the store credit to you.


Sale/Discounted items:

If purchase is from a sale or discounted sale/promotion, we do accept exchanges for credit on all discounted products the store credit provided and will be reflective of the amount paid during checkout. 


Shipping:

We are not responsible for an incomplete delivery due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If your package tracking states "returned to sender" or "undelivered" please contact us for steps to retrieve/re-send your package. Please make every attempt to verify and correct prior to shipment. Any corrections prior to shipment will be at no additional charge. 

Pacific Style Boutique is not responsible for packages that are delivered to an incorrect address, temporary address that may cause a delay in receiving the item. Please verify address and that item may be delivered. We will offer re-shipment if the parcel arrives back at our warehouse. You may also cancel with a $7 cancellation fee.

We are not responsible for any customs-imposed charges. If such fees aren't paid and you do not receive the item due to this, we can not be held responsible. If we receive the item back at our headquarters, we will notify you and give you a choice to have the item re-shipped or cancelled for a flat $7 fee.

Cancellation/refund:

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order is placed online. We recommend to contact us pacificstyleboutique@gmail.com. There is a $7 cancellation fee if we are able to cancel the order. 

We are unable to cancel, allow edits, or make address changes to orders that have already been shipped.
